SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK Shipments.
Shipped via TNT 3 - 4 working days. Shipments to remote locations can take 7-14 days with TNT.

Scotland / Highlands / Outer Islands.

Please choose the "Scottish Highlands and Islands" option at Checkout.  Orders not choosing this will be delayed until corrected. Deliveries to Scotlands Outer Islands/Highlands can take from 7-14 days through a combination of the Post Office or courier. We cannot get parcels to Shetland, Orkney, Barra, Skye etc in 2 days.  Please allow 7 days minimum for delivery and in some cases longer.

EU Customers:

These cases are now shipped from the UK to the EU on DDU Terms

​Some items of  Starpax's are still shipped from Belgium and we require a EU USt/MwSt/BTW/TVA/IVA VAT Number.  Please see individual products for item location, either EU or UK. Items that are still shipped from the EU will incur zero additional duties or VAT/Excise charges upon receipt. Items are shipped UPS with a confirmed Customer EU Vat Number.

USA Shipments. 
Shipped by International FedEx/UPS or EVRI if chosen.  Items are shipped DDU. Customers will be liable for a 10% US import tariff.

 

US Forces Customers. We cannot ship to US Bases with our couriers.  Please have an alternative address, this is for the US and the EU.

REST OF WORLD SHIPMENTS.
We can ship to any country in the world, please get in touch with your postal details, the product you require, quantity and destination for a accurate shipping quote. enquiries@starlinktravelcase.com  We ship Fedex / UPS International, tracked.

All goods are delivered DDU terms, you may be charged local duties and taxes in

your region.

RETURNS
We will swap or refund any item within 30 days without query and we are so confident you will be happy with your case that we offer Free Returns On Some Items - Please See Individual Product Pages, applies to UK and EU Only.

Customers must contact us for the return address and a return code, items cannot be sent without and will be rejected, please email enquiries@starpack.uk 
UK and ROW goods, returned to UK. EU goods can be returned to our warehouse in Antwerp, whether shipped from the UK or EU. 
Unwanted goods to be returned at customers expense unless otherwise stated on Free Return on webpage. 
Once the item is received full product refund within 1 working day.  

Please include your order number on the return label or inside the box.
Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.

The Starlink travel case is guaranteed for 24 Months on workmanship from date of delivery, this covers any eventuality, any scenario.
